Stock Liquidation – Brokering

Project Overview

A longstanding client—who owns and manages a medium-sized warehouse—contacted Enviro Clear for assistance following the liquidation of one of their tenants. The tenant had left behind a substantial volume of stock and business equipment that needed to be cleared quickly so the premises could be re-let.

Initial Assessment and Planning

Our team carried out a prompt on-site assessment to evaluate the scale of the clearance. The abandoned inventory included a significant quantity of brand-new LED lighting equipment designed for commercial applications, along with various associated business assets. Because much of the stock was in excellent condition and carried strong resale value, we knew that careful cataloguing and a structured removal plan would be essential.

Clearance and Inventory Creation

Over several days our specialists systematically removed all stock and equipment from the warehouse. During this process we conducted detailed checks, sorted the items, and created an organised inventory that accurately documented every piece. This meticulous approach ensured that high-value goods were protected and ready for resale while also allowing the landlord to maintain clear records for auditing and insurance purposes.

Marketing and Resale

With the inventory complete, we immediately distributed details of the LED lighting equipment to our established network of commercial buyers and industry contacts. Within just five days we had identified a suitable purchaser and arranged the sale.

Project Outcome

Enviro Clear successfully delivered over 15 pallets of stock to the buyer and quickly returned the proceeds to our client. From the first call to final payment, the entire project was managed efficiently and professionally, allowing the landlord to recover value from the tenant’s abandoned assets and prepare the warehouse for its next occupier without delay.
