Enviro Clear were appointed to deliver a full turnkey solution across two separate London offices for a major corporate client. The project included a 200-staff office in West London and a 30-staff office in Central London.
Enviro-Clear were engaged to purchase and clear a premium 60-staff office space. The project stood out for the high quality of assets on site, ranging from designer office furniture to a fully equipped company gym and terrace furnishings.
Enviro Clear were engaged by a major council to deliver a full clearance of one of their office buildings, previously occupied by around 100 staff.
The project began with an initial site survey to assess the client's requirements and position with clearing a London-based warehouse. The survey revealed that there was a significant amount of sorting and waste removal to be done, which would require a sizeable team.
Enviro Clear were assigned to clear a large office floor in West London that had been filled with furniture from other floors while undergoing refurbishment.
Enviro Clear received the call asking if we could assist with the sale and removal of the complete office assets of a major London headquarters due to the office no longer being required.
Called in on behalf of the landlord down to Southampton where one of their clients had abandoned an estimated £100,000 worth of new, discontinued and customer returns of office furniture made by leading market brands.
The project involved the clearance of a large office space that included designer office furniture, warehousing, and events equipment.
