Enviro Clear received the call asking if we could assist with the sale and removal of the complete office assets of a major London headquarters due to the office no longer being required.
A detailed site-visit was carried out, not only the inspect furniture quality and condition but to complete a detailed logistics survey. The building had strict removal time slots which had to be adhered to meaning no furniture could be removed before 6pm, added into the mix was a very tight entrance to the loading bay. The maximum vehicle that could be deployed was a 7.5T lorry and Luton vans and with a near 500 staff office to clear a strict deadline, the clearance had to be meticulously well organised for handover.
We placed a daytime crew to arrive in the morning and begin dismantling and organising furniture ready to go out in the evening, the team had nearly 500 positions of desking, circa 10 meeting rooms and monitors to remove from the walls. When the clock struck 6pm, our team began removing the furniture onto multiple lorries and vans for 4 evenings running with the night team finishing the unload between 2am and 3am!
Our team completed the clearance 1 day early of the projected 5 day slot which kept our client very happy and allowed for a smooth handover for the de-lapse team to begin their work.
