Using our passion and experience in clearance, buying and selling, Enviro Clear as grown from a small lock up and a single van to a large warehouse, a modern fleet of vehicles and an in-house team of experienced crew to handle the clearances.

Enviro Clear is an office clearance business based in London and Essex, but we serve customers across the UK. Our focus has always been office clearances; from disposing of unwanted office furniture to clearing entire offices and warehouses.

We provide a complete office clearance service which includes everything from office furniture disposal to specialist waste removal services.

Our Story

Enviro Clear was established in 2014 as a reputable service provider for house clearance and collection of unwanted items. At the time, the house clearance market was dominated by contractors who would dispose of contents without consideration for their potential usefulness. However, our Director, Sam Williams, recognised the need for a more sustainable and ethical approach to house clearance.

Our First Clearance

In 2015, Sam Williams, the Director of Enviro Clear, was presented with an opportunity to conduct his first office clearance job by a liquidator, after one of their clients went into liquidation. Without hesitation, Sam purchased the entire contents of the 3-floor office, which comprised of furniture and equipment. He subsequently sold the items via his warehouse, marking the beginning of a successful journey in the clearance industry.

It was from this first clearance that Sam’s passion and focus on office clearances and liquidation assistance begun, and he has since become one of the leading office clearance and furniture suppliers in both London and Essex.

The Enviro Clear Package

4 years on and now Enviro Clear specialises in large-scale office clearances and liquidations, including buying entire warehouses full of excess stock and surplus business assets of a huge variety.

We are now in the position to offer a unique office clearance package that not only includes bulk office furniture removals, but also offers office and warehouse liquidation assistance, collection of unwanted items and office recycling services.

Our vans travel all around London and Essex on a daily basis collecting office furniture for our customers, as well as delivering office furniture from our warehouse to office spaces across the UK.

For office clearances and liquidations, we also provide a full inventory audit of all office equipment as standard, creating an itemised list for our customers which can be used when re-selling the items or for insurance purposes.

Whether a client needs to sell a speciality item or an entire property of contents, Enviro Clear offer to buy or broker the goods and includes collection, dismantling, removal, project management, storage and re-sale of business equipment in their package.
