We send you a detailed quotation with a price per item. We may exclude some items that are of low value, tough access or possibly too bespoke for us to purchase.
Survey if Required
For large scale clearances a free no obligation survey at your best convenience may need to take place to get an accurate idea on clearance logistics.
Payment
We will agree a deal with your team and make a full outright payment via BACs prior to our teams removing any items from your premises.
Collection
We send our teams in to dismantle and remove the goods, handling all clearance works and leave your office empty and tidy.


We don’t discriminate; it does not matter to us whether your office is on the first or eighth floor, with or without a lift.
