What We Purchase

Enviro Clear buys surplus, end-of-line, returned and seasonal apparel stock directly from UK retailers, e-commerce brands, manufacturers and wholesalers. We purchase the stock ourselves, collect it, and resell it through our sister site Enviro Stock. There is no minimum quantity, from single pallets to full warehouse clearances.

Clothing overstock and excess inventory. Menswear, womenswear and childrenswear that didn’t sell through, in any size or style mix.
End-of-line and discontinued lines. Ranges you’ve replaced, withdrawn, or stopped producing.
Customer returns. Fashion e-commerce returns, graded or ungraded, including stock that can no longer be sold as new.
Footwear. Overstock, end-of-line and returned footwear, boxed or unboxed.
Accessories. Bags, belts, jewellery, scarves and similar lines.
Seasonal and cancelled-order stock. Stock that missed its window, or production cancelled after the order was placed.
Insolvency and administration stock. Apparel stock being realised as part of a formal process, handled to your timescale.

Your brand is protected

Where your stock ends up matters. We resell through Enviro Stock, our own trade site. Your stock is not fed back into your own retail or wholesale channels, so it isn’t sitting next to your full-price lines or undercutting the stockists who paid full wholesale.

For brand-sensitive stock, debranding, distribution restrictions or export-only arrangements can be discussed before anything is agreed. Tell us your constraints at the enquiry stage and we’ll tell you plainly whether we can work within them.

It’s worth knowing where you stand. Genuine goods placed on the UK market by the brand owner, or with their consent, can generally be resold without further permission under the UK’s exhaustion of IP rights regime. Separately, fibre composition labelling is a legal requirement for textile products sold in the UK, under the Textile Products (Labelling and Fibre Composition) Regulations 2012. If your stock carries contractual restrictions from a licensor or supplier, raise it with us early.

Environmentally responsible

Surplus apparel doesn’t need to become waste. Stock we buy is resold into the trade or repurposed rather than sent to landfill. If you have sustainability reporting to think about, that’s a cleaner outcome than disposal.

We assess your stock and come back to you with a clear offer as quickly as 24 hours, with larger inventory numbers or mixed lots taking a couple of days.

Accept the offer

If the offer works for you, confirm and we move to the next step. There is no obligation and no hidden deductions after the fact. What we agree is what you receive.

We arrange collection or delivery

Our team books a collection at a time that suits you, and we can collect within 48 hours of offer acceptance. If delivery works better on your end, we can discuss that too.

You receive payment

FAQs

How quickly will I get a valuation for my stock?

Usually the same day or within 24 hours of you first getting in touch. A large or complex inventory, or a mixed lot needing itemising, can take two to three days. If you have a deadline, tell us and we’ll work to it.

What happens to my stock after you buy it?

We take it in, hold it, and resell it through our sister site Enviro Stock, which sells to trade buyers. It doesn’t go back into your own sales channels. Where restrictions on resale territory or labelling have been agreed, those apply to how the stock is sold on.

Do you buy footwear and accessories as well as clothing?

Yes. Alongside menswear, womenswear and childrenswear, we buy footwear (overstock, end-of-line and returned, boxed or unboxed) and accessories including bags, belts, jewellery and scarves.

Is there a minimum quantity of clothing stock you’ll buy?

No. We buy from single pallets up to full warehouse clearances, and mixed lots are welcome. Some buyers in this market set minimum thresholds per line or per order. We don’t, so it’s worth asking us even if the quantity feels small.

How do you protect my brand when you buy my stock?
